Because my school mysteriously decided to unblock all websites, including this one, this year, and because I have nothing better to do, I thought I’d blog live from Spirit Day.
To those unfortunate souls not In The Know, Spirit Day, more widely known as the Mass of the Holy Spirit, is one of two days my school has reserved as laughable excuses for meeting the Ohio Department of Education’s quota on the length of school years.
So… why did my school unblock all those websites? I know that the school wanted to receive funds from a federal program for restricting Internet access to “educational” websites. So, I guess the school didn’t get those funds and gave up?
